About the Role
Lead a team of security engineers building detection, response, and compliance tools.
You will define the security architecture, review code for vulnerabilities, manage our bug bounty program, and ensure FADP/GDPR compliance.
50% hands-on engineering, 50% technical leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years in security engineering
- 2+ years technical team leadership
- Deep understanding of web security, cryptography, and secure SDLC
- Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, FADP)
- Strong Python and infrastructure security skills
Nice to Have
- CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications
- Experience building security tools
- Swiss regulatory experience
